How does consignment work?
You send us clear photos → we give a suggested offer → you drop off or ship the item → we authenticate, list, and sell it → you get paid the soonest.
Do I really get 100% of the agreed offer price?
We only charge a minimal authentication fee (for Entrupy + in-house verification). This can be paid upfront or added on top of your offer price, so you can still receive the full agreed amount once the item sells. No other hidden fees, ever.
How long is the consignment period?
The standard consignment period is 60–90 days, extendable upon mutual agreement.
Can I pull out my item anytime?
Yes, but:
- Pullout before 60 days: ₱1,500 fee per item
- Pullout after 60 days: Free (with prior notice)
- If not retrieved within 14 days after consignment ends: ₱50/day storage fee applies
How will I get paid?
You’ll receive your payout 3–7 business days after the buyer fully pays for the item. Payments are released via bank transfer, check, or direct deposit.
What if my item isn’t accepted?
We’ll return it to you for free, no questions asked.
Do you authenticate all items?
Yes — every item undergoes Entrupy scanning, in-house inspection, and final verification before selling.
Can I sell without consigning?
Yes — you can opt for a buyout, where we pay you upfront. This works best for fast-moving items at current market demand.
Do I need to bring the original receipt or inclusions?
Not required, but items with dustbags, cards, and receipts typically sell faster and at better prices.
