Terms and Conditions

1.1. Lay-away payment plans are available for select items only, as determined by Vloved.ph in its sole discretion.

1.2. A minimum down payment of twenty percent (20%) of the total purchase price is required to initiate a lay-away plan. The remaining balance shall be payable for up to three (3) months. Vloved.ph may, at its sole discretion, accept or offer alternative down payment amounts and payment term arrangements.

2.1. The buyer is required to make scheduled monthly payments, with the first payment preferably due thirty (30) days from the date of the down payment. Adjustments to payment dates may be accommodated at the discretion of Vloved.ph, provided that payments remain on a monthly schedule.

2.2. Failure to respond to communications and/or failure to make the scheduled payment may result in the automatic forfeiture of the down payment. All decisions made by Vloved.ph concerning payment schedules, extensions, and forfeitures shall be final and binding.

2.3. The buyer may request a thirty (30)-day extension on a month-to-month basis, subject to the prior approval of Vloved.ph. An approved
extension shall be subject to a three percent (3%) extension fee on the remaining balance for each thirty (30)-day period.

2.4. Approval of any extension request shall be at the sole discretion of Vloved.ph and shall not guarantee approval of future extension requests. All decisions made by Vloved.ph shall be final.

3.1. Failure to complete payment within the agreed-upon timeframe shall result in the forfeiture of twenty percent (20%) of the total item price. Any amount paid in excess thereof shall be refunded in the form of store credit.

3.2. Vloved.ph reserves the right to cancel any lay-away plan at any time due to non-payment or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Vloved.ph.

4.1. All sales are final. Upon initiation of the lay-away payment plan, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the descriptions, photographs, videos, and condition of the item.

5.1. Lay-away payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other items.

6.1. Vloved.ph reserves all rights under these terms and conditions and may amend them at any time upon reasonable notice, including but not limited to posting the revised terms on its website at www.vloved.ph.

6.2. Any amendments to these terms and conditions shall be binding upon all active lay-away payment plans.
