1. Lay-away payments are available for select items only, as determined by V-Loved in its sole discretion.

2. A minimum down payment of 20% of the total purchase price is required to initiate the lay-away plan, while the remaining balance is payable for up to six (6) months. Other down payment and term schemes may be accepted or offered by V-Loved in its sole discretion.

3. Failure to complete payment within the agreed-upon timeframe will result in the forfeiture of 20% of the total item price, while anything in excess will be refunded.

4. All sales are final, and the descriptions, photos, and/or videos of the items are deemed accepted by the client once the lay-away payment plan is initiated.

5. Lay-away payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other items.

6. V-Loved reserves the right to cancel any lay-away plans at any time due to non-payment or other reasons deemed appropriate by V-Loved.

7. V-Loved may amend these terms and conditions at any time by reasonable notice, including but not limited to posting the revised terms on its website at www.vlovedfashion.com, and they shall be binding on all active lay-away payment plans.
