RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

Vloved.ph ensures all items undergo strict inspection and authentication before shipment.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted if:

  • Proven to be inauthentic by third-party authenticators.
  • If an item received has flaws not stated in the listing, it may be eligible for return upon review. However, as most of our items are preloved, Vloved.ph reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the return is justified.
  • Minor signs of wear due to the preloved nature of items are not grounds for return.
  • Buyer’s remorse / change-of-mind returns are accepted within 24 hours, no questions asked, subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Return Exclusions

For the protection of both buyer and seller, returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• The return request is made beyond 7 days from the date of receipt.

• The item has undergone any form of customization (e.g., heat stamping, engraving, strap adjustments).

• The item was purchased through a sale, live selling, bundle deal, or promo — all such sales are final.

• The return is requested due to wrong sizing or fit — it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm measurements before purchase.

• The item is classified as non-returnable due to hygiene (e.g., socks, hats, undergarments, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pillowcases, sheets, towels, blankets).

• The item was damaged during shipping — we recommend availing of courier insurance at your own expense.

• The item shows signs of use, alteration, or wear after delivery.

• The item has been cleaned, restored, or modified by a third party after purchase.

• The issue cited is a known brand-related concern (e.g., monogram peeling, patina, smell, or microchip detectability).

• The item was acquired through layaway, consignment, or preorder — these are final sale.

• The return is based on subjective concerns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, “doesn’t feel like real leather,” “not what I expected,” etc.)

Return Process

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear photos and/or videos of the item (for both defect claims and buyer’s remorse).
  • Items must be returned in the exact condition received, with all packaging, dust bags, certificates, and accessories included.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are ineligible.

Verification & Resolution

  • Defect, damage, or authenticity claims: Our team will conduct a full inspection.

  • Resolution options: Exchange (if available), Store credit, Refund (processing time: 7–14 business days). Refund for Credit Card Payments will depend on bank processing lead times.

  • Buyer’s remorse returns: Item condition and completeness will be confirmed. Returns under this category incur a non-refundable 30% restocking fee, deducted from the final refund or store credit.

Returns Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless return was due to Vloved.ph's fault.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping
    methods such as LBC to avoid any issues during return transit.

Product-Specific Guidelines

  • Luxury bags & leather goods: Natural creasing, patina, and hairline scratches are normal and not considered defects.
  • Peeling of Louis Vuitton canvas is a known material issue due to age and use. Also, some Louis Vuitton items may carry a strong scent from materials or storage. This is common even in brand-new pieces. This is not considered a defect. Returns for peeling and brand-specific odor will not be accepted.
  • Some designer items feature embedded microchips for authentication. Over time, these chips may become unreadable. Returns will not be accepted solely due to microchip issues as long as the item has been verified authentic by third party authenticators.
  • All shoes are sold as-is. While inspected for quality, we cannot guarantee longevity due to their pre-owned nature. Returns for wear or damage after purchase are not accepted.
  • Jewelry & accessories: Minor tarnishing or micro-scratches are typical for preloved items.
  • Watches: Battery life is not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
  • Buyers are responsible for confirming sizing before purchase. If unsure, message us for measurements. Returns for incorrect fit are not accepted unless the item was misrepresented.
  • Post-purchase restoration or cleaning by third parties voids return eligibility.
  • Authenticity disputes require a written statement from a recognized third-party authenticator.

Notice of Excessive Returns

Vloved.ph enforces a three-strike policy for clients exhibiting high-risk return behavior:

  • Returning 3 or more items
  • Returning multiple purchases totaling over Php 250,000
  • Having an overall return rate of 85% or higher

Important Notes:

  • Strikes are not applied when Vloved.ph is at fault.
  • Strikes are a per item basis and notifications will be sent via email.
  • Clients with three strikes within a calendar year will be prohibited from making any returns until strikes fall off the account.
  • If your account is flagged, please contact us prior to purchasing for assistance.

Golden Circle Exchange Program

If an item is not eligible for return, you may still apply for our Golden Circle Exchange Program:

  • Submit a request to exchange your item for store credit or a different item from our curated collection.
  • Eligibility is subject to item condition and approval by Vloved.ph.

Note: Standard exchange conditions and any applicable fees apply. Full details will be provided upon application.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled only if the item(s) have not yet been shipped.
  • If you change your mind, please contact us immediately. Our team will respond within one (1) business day or less to confirm if cancellation is still possible.
  • Once the item has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and will follow the return process, if eligible.

Important:

  • Preordered and layaway items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
  • Only on-hand, cash/credit card transactions are eligible for returns or refunds.

Vloved.ph reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All returns and exchanges are subject to final review and approval by Vloved.ph. This policy does not limit or waive your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Step 2 — Prepare the Item

    Ensure the item is unused, security tag intact, in original condition, with full packaging and accessories.

  • Step 3 — Ship the Return

    Buyer arranges return shipping at their cost using a trackable method. Contact us for our return address.

  • Step 4 — Inspection& Processing

    Vloved.ph staff reviews the return. For buyer’s remorse, a 30% restocking fee applies.

  • Step 5 — Receive Resolution

    Choose between exchange, store credit, or refund (processed within 7–14 business days).
